Job Position: Business Development Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

We’re seeking young, energetic, pragmatic &experienced sales officers, as well as vibrant, ambitious, and fast-learning graduates to drive client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients seeking Int’l payments and treasury solutions.
  2. Lead sales conversations, pitch solutions, and close major transactions.
  3. Provide clients with timely market insights and hedging strategies.
  4. Negotiate competitive pricing and execute client trades with accuracy.
  5. Collaborate with operations, compliance, and treasury teams to ensure smooth settlements.
  6. Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Requirements for Experienced Hires

  1. 1–5 years of experience in FX sales, treasury management, Investment, Corporate/Business Banking, or Fintechs.
  2. Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
  3. Strong knowledge of FX markets, payment rails, and liquidity conversations.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver under pressure.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, smart, and adaptable to a fast-paced fintech environment.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Requirements for Entry Level Hires

  1. A degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields (recent graduates encouraged).
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  3. Eager to learn about FX markets and cross-border payments

Salary
N150,000 – N750,000 monthly.
