Job Position: Business Development Partner

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Business Development Partners. If you are passionate about software sales, have a background in computer science, information technology, or related fields, and possess strong research and marketing skills, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
Market Research:

  1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  2. Analyze market needs and contribute to the development of software solutions that meet customer demands.

Business Profiling:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive business profile for each prospective client.
  • Identify key decision-makers and build relationships to understand their software needs.

Sales Strategy Development:

  1. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for software sales growth in Abuja and Lagos.
  2. Contribute to the creation of compelling sales pitches and presentations.

Lead Generation:

  1. Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and industry partnerships.
  2. Work closely with marketing to qualify and convert leads into opportunities.

Client Acquisition:

  1. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.

Flexible Work Schedules:

  1. Embrace and contribute to a flexible work schedule that allows for effective time management and productivity.
  2. Balance remote and in-office work as needed for successful business development.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Preferred)
  2. Experience: Proven experience in business development and software sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  3. Research and Marketing Skills: Strong research skills to understand market dynamics and client needs.
  4. Proficiency in creating and executing effective marketing strategies.
  5. Networking and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  6. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
