Job Description
- Our client is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Business Development Partners. If you are passionate about software sales, have a background in computer science, information technology, or related fields, and possess strong research and marketing skills, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market needs and contribute to the development of software solutions that meet customer demands.
Business Profiling:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive business profile for each prospective client.
- Identify key decision-makers and build relationships to understand their software needs.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for software sales growth in Abuja and Lagos.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling sales pitches and presentations.
Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and industry partnerships.
- Work closely with marketing to qualify and convert leads into opportunities.
Client Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
Flexible Work Schedules:
- Embrace and contribute to a flexible work schedule that allows for effective time management and productivity.
- Balance remote and in-office work as needed for successful business development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Preferred)
- Experience: Proven experience in business development and software sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Research and Marketing Skills: Strong research skills to understand market dynamics and client needs.
- Proficiency in creating and executing effective marketing strategies.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
