Job Description

- We are currently seeking a Business Development Personnel with a minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and pipeline management to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives for market expansion.
- Utilize your expertise in lead generation and pipeline management to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Work in synergy with construction personnel to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery of high-quality properties.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance business development opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to position our company as a leader in the real estate and construction sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, investors, and key stakeholders to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in project development and execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the real estate development and property building construction industry.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with construction personnel to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Generate new leads and opportunities to drive business growth and expansion in the real estate sector.
