Mikano Motorsis a leading Nigerian company in the automobile sector. This company offers sales, maintenance, assembly and distribution of light and heavy commercial vehicles.

Job Position: Business Development Specialist (Automobile Division)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  2. Source and secure new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
  3. Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth.
  4. Work independently to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  5. Exhibit an enthusiastic and personable demeanor to engage with clients at all levels.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ourMotors’ products and services.
  7. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  2. Relevant certifications would be a plus

Essential Criteria:

  1. Experience: Demonstrable experience in selling light commercial vehicles.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Drive: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets independently.
  4. Reliability: Commitment to delivering on promises and meeting deadlines.
  5. Customer Service: Strong desire to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
  6. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint
  7. Must be very good in business writing presentation.
