Job Position: Business Development Specialist

Job Summary
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, managing the end-to-end sales process, and driving revenue growth. This individual will play a key role in expanding Talent Towers’ client base by promoting our HR, recruitment, and learning solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business leads through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and present proposals to prospective clients
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals
- Maintain CRM database and track progress of business leads
- Meet monthly targets
- Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and align offerings
- Contribute to strategic business growth initiatives and marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (HR/consulting background preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
Salary
N200,000 monthly plus performance incentive.
