Job Position: Business Development Specialist
Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract (Contract-to-Permanent) | Full-Time

Job Summary

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, managing the end-to-end sales process, and driving revenue growth. This individual will play a key role in expanding Talent Towers’ client base by promoting our HR, recruitment, and learning solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business leads through research, networking, and outreach
  2. Develop and present proposals to prospective clients
  3. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals
  4. Maintain CRM database and track progress of business leads
  5. Meet monthly targets
  6. Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and align offerings
  7. Contribute to strategic business growth initiatives and marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification
  2. 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (HR/consulting background preferred)
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills
  4. Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales targets
  5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  6. Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Workspace.

Salary
N200,000 monthly plus performance incentive.
