Our primary goal is to be the “go to” Quality Assurance & Software Testing company in East and West Africa while developing offshore resources to fill test automation positions (and other hard to find software testing capabilities) in the North America and European markets.

Job Position: Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

  1. Develop management reports and dashboards for stakeholders across departments in the organization.
  2. Perform in-depth analysis to identify key business risks and opportunities and make recommendations to improve overall profitability.
  3. Distil complex data and relationships into clear, concise charts and visualizations.
  4. Contribute insight to strategic and tactical decisions that impact competitive position, marketing mix, product design, analytics, and operations.
  5. Implement key recommendations by identifying cross-functional stakeholders, developing requirements, ensuring accurate implementation, monitoring impact, and optimizing results.
  6. Design data models to extract data from operational databases and transform the data to easily understood business views.
  7. Gather and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, calling API’s, write SQL queries, etc.)
  8. Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis- then do the analysis.
  9. BI quality assurance Testing
  10. Adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the Systems Implementation [SI] team is using industry-accepted best practices.
  11. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing and reporting on metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  12. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
  13. Create and Provide feedback on test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated). Responsible for executing them.
  14. Ensure all testing work is carried out in accordance with the Testing Plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
