Job Description
- We are looking for a Management Trainee who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong desire to learn and grow in their role, as well as developing their skills in various areas of the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training in different departments, including marketing, finance, and operations.
- Assist in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management.
- Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide support to management and other team members as needed.
Job Requirements
- National Diploma in business administration, management, or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationship.
- Flexibility to work in different departments and perform a range of tasks.
Salary
N100,000 / month.
