Job Position: Business Manager

Job Location: Enugu Town, Enugu

Job Description

  1. Oversee daily operations of the business
  2. Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain business goals.
  3. Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
  4. Ensure smooth running of administrative functions.
  5. Organize trainings (as would be required) for staff in their assigned job responsibilities.
  6. Recruit, manage and motivate staff through excellent leadership skills
  7. Receive and review reports from subordinates and prepare summary report for top management.
  8. Oversee vendor management.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in a relevant field
  2. Proven experience handling managerial role
  3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  5. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  6. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  7. Real Estate industry experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
