Job Description

  • As our Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Real Estate firm, ensuring efficient and profitable growth.
  • This role will require a strong understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Oversee accounting and reporting processes.
  • Manage cash flow and investments.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate team activities.
  • Oversee property management and maintenance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth potential.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff.
  • Manage employee performance and development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
  • Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with property management software.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
