Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business growth and profitability within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • This role will involve overseeing various aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive product demand.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and optimize processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of professionals.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of business metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
