Job Position: Business Manager

Job Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • The Business Manager will be responsible for creating market awareness for our brand and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead, motivate, and collaborate with team members to achieve target
  2. Deliver to sales and revenue targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
  3. Manage multiple brands/division under a broad hospitality and tourism group.
  4. Drive sales, generate leads and maintain relationships with both existing and new corporate clients
  5. Develop and Maintain good relationships with the strategic partners such as; airlines , destination, companies, hotels and resorts etc.
  6. Lead company presentations to present value propositions to businesses and organizations in order to close new businesses.
  7. Manage the Technical, Operational and financial compliance with IATA including overseeing the BSP payments.
  8. Implement strategic plan to achieve organization’s goals and objectives
  9. with adoption of technology and innovation.
  10. Present reports on the company’s business and performance to the board.
  11. Ensure that activities remain on time and within budget.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  2. Strong knowledge in travel industry
  3. Minimum of 3 years of proven success as a business manager (certification in travel industry is a plus)
  4. Good knowledge of travel and tour business processes and functions.
