Job Description

  1. The Business Manager – Cybersecurity will play a pivotal role in driving business development, revenue generation, and market expansion.
  2. This position demands a strategic thinker who is adept at building and nurturing client relationships, forging strategic alliances, and executing comprehensive business strategies.
  3. The successful candidate will be a key driver in achieving the company’s growth and profitability objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Business Development and Revenue Generation:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cybersecurity domain.
  2. Identify appropriate customer groups to target; design optimal engagement strategies.
  3. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue.
  4. Foster partnerships and collaborations to increase market share and profitability.
  5. Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to meet revenue goals.
  6. Guide the creation of persuasive presentation that demonstrate the value of Halogen’s offering

Market Expansion and Strategy:

  1. Analyze market trends, oversee research, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Develop, refine, and execute a market expansion strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
  3. Evaluate partnerships to enhance market reach; provide periodic and ad-hoc report to support management decision as required

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  2. Understand client requirements, anticipate needs, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with the technical teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions to clients.

Strategic Alliances and Partnerships:

  1. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders and relevant organizations.
  2. Negotiate and manage key stakeholders that drive mutual growth and benefit.
  3. Develop and maintain a network of key industry influencers and decision-makers.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  1. Lead and inspire a high-performing team of professionals, including sales, product, and business development specialists
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving company goals.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience in business development or sales with at least 4 years managerial capacity and a track record of driving revenue growth.
  3. Experience in technology sales is an advantage
  4. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  7. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strategic partnerships.
  8. Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.
  9. Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a dynamic industry.
