Job Position: Business Manager (Luxury Sector)
Location: Lekki, Lagos (Only Candidates Residing on the Island)

Job Description

The ideal candidate must have solid experience selling luxury products or services to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), be highly target-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with a premium brand image.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive business growth and consistently meet sales and performance targets.
  2. Build and manage strong relationships with HNIs and elite clientele.
  3. Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed expectations.
  4. Develop and execute effective business and marketing strategies.
  5. Ensure top-tier customer service and brand representation at all touchpoints.
  6. Oversee daily operations and report performance insights to management.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in luxury sales or business management.
  2. Proven record of selling to HNIs and achieving revenue goals.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  4. Must reside on the Island and be available for immediate resumption.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly (Slightly Negotiable).
