Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Manager to lead and coordinate operations across key departments within our Interior and Furniture Manufacturing Firm.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Media Department, Customer Service Team, and Showroom Operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand vision, operational efficiency, and overall business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily operations across the media, customer service, and showroom departments.
  2. Develop and execute business strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
  3. Coordinate marketing and media activities to strengthen the company’s digital and offline presence.
  4. Supervise showroom operations, including product display standards, client engagement, and overall aesthetics.
  5. Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service delivery and handle escalated issues effectively.
  6. Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and product delivery.
  7. Monitor departmental budgets, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
  8. Mentor and motivate teams to foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role within the interior design, furniture, or manufacturing industry.
  3. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple operational units.
  4. Strong understanding of brand management, customer experience, and retail showroom dynamics.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  7. Highly organised, analytical, and performance-driven.
  8. Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail aligned with the interior/furniture industry standards.
