Job Position: Business Manager – Retail Pharmacy

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. As the Business Manager of our retail pharmacy in Lekki , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing a team of dedicated staff, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
  2. We are looking for a skilled professional with proven experience in retail management, people management, and inventory control.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage all aspects of the retail store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and achieve business objectives.
  3. Train, and supervise retail staff, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and motivation.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ordering processes, optimizing stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and shrinkage.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  7. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product expansion, pricing optimization, and promotional activities.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a retail store environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing people, driving sales growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of employees.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements is a plus but not required.

Salary
N150,000 – 200,000 Gross / month.
