Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a Business and Partnership Officer to support the Business Development team in carrying out its daily activities, to further expand the Better Driver Management process and matching system, and to revolutionize driver-client involvement in the nation and abroad.
  • The CEO and COO of the team will collaborate closely with the Business and Partnership Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  1. The Business and Partnership Officer will oversee the Team in attaining the objective of establishing international and diverse supply sources for Business clients through partnerships under the direction of the CEO.
  2. Collaborate with members of the Sales team to penetrate key markets.
  3. Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
  4. Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization’s goals.
  6. Schedule and conduct partnership meetings; deliver administrative aspects of the partnership plans.
  7. Support CEO to assess and review partnerships; collaborate with partners to deliver efficient processes, such as information sharing, driver/client assessment, and referral processes
  8. Obtain information from Partners (in accordance with written agreements or on an as-needed basis) and give Partners reciprocal information.
  9. Guarantee continual improvement of internal monitoring and assessing processes for partnerships.
  10. Monitor the current partnerships and assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external circulation.
  11. Support the team and see to it that local follow-up and partnership execution complies with the agreements, is on schedule, and is completed on time.
  12. Carry out the preliminary work necessary for new clients who apply to become Partners.
  13. Respond to general questions emailed or called in to the Partnership Team.
  14. Liaise accordingly to provide assistance to the team in the overall financial management and reporting of the global partnerships
  15. By guaranteeing continual improvement of internal monitoring and assessing processes for partnerships, support partnership managers in the monitoring of the current partnerships and assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external circulation.
  16. Work as the Sales Team’s focal point and primary support resource, serving as the team’s go-to person for reports on activities taking place with business partnerships aswell as for internal communications.
  17. Develop the company into a well-known and reputable brand both within and outside the Mobility tech industry by contributing content to communication pieces.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 4 – 5 years

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
