Job Position: Business Operations Manager 

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating and planning the product execution process
  2. Coordinating and managing Key stakeholders and internal partners in the product execution process
  3. Managing, implementing and improving policies, processes and systems
  4. Managing and ensuring adherence to policies and SLA’s
  5. Ensuring that products and services meet high-quality standards
  6. Monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses
  7. Hiring, training, and managing staff
  8. Identifying and addressing problems and bottlenecks in the production process
  9. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, products, marketing, Risk and Credit, collection and finance
  10. Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or relevant field
  • Proven proficiency in Managing diverse teams
  • 8+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Influencing and people management
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
