Carlcare Development, formerly known as Tecno Telecoms – established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specialising in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. After years of development, Carlcare Development has become an important part of the mobile phone industry and one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in the world. Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands, TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare.

Job Position: Business Resource Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Contract and Document Management:

  1. Draft and review business contracts, agreements, and other related documents.
  2. Archive, track, and manage contract implementation after signing.
  3. Ensure compliance with internal policies and proper documentation of all business transactions.

Market Survey and Analysis:

  1. Conduct market surveys and gather insights on relevant industries.
  2. Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  3. Prepare detailed market analysis reports to support business decisions.

Communication and Coordination:

  1. Coordinate internal resources and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Maintain effective communication with external partners and customers to address and resolve issues during collaborations.
  3. Support cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between teams.

Budget and Expense Management:

  1. Assist in processing reimbursements and budget approvals for business-related activities.
  2. Track and report on the utilisation of project budgets and expenses.
  3. Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved budgets.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with agencies or organisations that have worked with major mobile brands.
  3. Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is an added advantage.
  5. Excellent numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
  6. Meticulous and conscientious in work approach, with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.
  7. Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit and effective interpersonal communication.
  8. Highly adaptable, able to learn quickly and handle new tasks efficiently.
  9. A good understanding of, or interest in, industry resources such as supply chains, vendors, and business partners.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 monthly.
