Job Position: Business Resource Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
Contract and Document Management:
- Draft and review business contracts, agreements, and other related documents.
- Archive, track, and manage contract implementation after signing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and proper documentation of all business transactions.
Market Survey and Analysis:
- Conduct market surveys and gather insights on relevant industries.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed market analysis reports to support business decisions.
Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate internal resources and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain effective communication with external partners and customers to address and resolve issues during collaborations.
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between teams.
Budget and Expense Management:
- Assist in processing reimbursements and budget approvals for business-related activities.
- Track and report on the utilisation of project budgets and expenses.
- Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved budgets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with agencies or organisations that have worked with major mobile brands.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Meticulous and conscientious in work approach, with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit and effective interpersonal communication.
- Highly adaptable, able to learn quickly and handle new tasks efficiently.
- A good understanding of, or interest in, industry resources such as supply chains, vendors, and business partners.
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 monthly.
