Job Position: Business Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
Business Development & Planning:
- Book new businesses/clients through proposals sent to existing clients.
- Activity-Based: Records of contact tracking, records of relevant conversations, meetings held with new prospects, and existing clients.
- Develop business plan based on the already existing plan.
Sales Pipeline & performance:
- Create a sales pipeline – list offers Weekly/Monthly Performance submitted, offers in progress but not yet submitted, and prospects that have yet to reach the offer stage.
- % of proposal won out of the total proposal submitted.
- Developed strategies for marketing Company products that lead to sales
Leads Generation, Research & Conversion:
- Develop business development & Sales plans and strategies that attract leads that leads to sale conversion.
- Facilitated and fast-track new real estate agencies partnering and in JV that translate to leads conversion and revenue generation.
- Execute local marketing strategy and participated in marketing activities to attract new leads and develop business relationships including the building of business relationships with high-net-worth prospects, clients, businesses, and community organizations.

- Initiated customer interest through different mediums (e-mail newsletters, cold calls, or social networks, etc.)
Clients Satisfaction Management:
- Follow up on clients and conduct client’s satisfaction survey.
- Resolved client’s issues and concerns and provide timely feedback to clients on enquiries and problem resolution – elevate client’s expectations
Real Estate Business Insights, Research & Analytics:
- Developed real estate business trends and analytics report that informed business decision and direction. ▪ Acted as an advisor to the unit on investment opportunities and risks.
- Conducted real estate business and investment research, available properties, owners and property value.
Business Performance Index:
- Increase general business health performance.
- Provide intervention created that directly contributed to the business performance outcome within a set timeline.
New Clients Generation & Retention:
- Raise a minimum of 7-10 agents in a week and 5 active agents are maintained per week.
- Raise 10 High Net worth potential clients within a month and provide update on new clients offers and potential deal conversion.
- Developed system that attract and retain both existing and new clients.
Clients Management & Reporting:
- Provide updates and insight on prospective clients, visitation and inspection carried.
- Develop weekly report on client’s update, visitation, consultation in a timely manner.
- Develop new strategy to handle client’s behavior, requests and drive client’s satisfaction
- Experience in the real estate industry is key.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
