Leasehouz is an online market where assets, goods and services, sold by carefully selected vendors and other partners are displayed for sale. As a business, we offer finance leases to customers who require financing to buy the assets on display, paying conveniently over an agreed period of time.

Job Position: Business Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Responsibility

  1. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to provide business support services to the team.
  2. Deal origination- credit appraisal memos- CAM, Offer Letters, Lease Agreements, deal fulfilment, Insurance asset delivery and general lease administration.
  3. Ensure that policies, systems, and standards are adhered to.
  4. Portfolio management

Job Requirements

  1. A BSc. Degree from in any of the Social Sciences (minimum of 2:2 qualification)
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, working in a leasing company OR a financial services company.
  3. Knowledge of leasing /asset financing, credit administration, and general investments and management is needed
  4. High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite application.
  5. The candidate must be good-looking, possessing excellent communication skills.
  6. A goal-getter with a good understanding of finance and treasury activities, cash and liquidity management.
