Job Position: Call Center Agent

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The Call Centre Agent will be responsible to handle cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
  2. You will be responsible for making outbound calls and influencing existing or potential customers to buy and make use of our services.
  3. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with complaints to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele

Job Requirements

  1. Qualification: National Diploma (ND) in any discipline
  2. Good communication skills
  3. The ability to fluently speak 1 major Nigerian language (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa) is a prerequisite for the interview.
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools
  5. Skilled in persuasion, negotiation, and dealing with complaints
  6. Persistent and results-oriented
  7. Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  8. Active listening skills and Customer Service oriented
  9. Product Knowledge
  10. Empathy and a Friendly attitude
  11. Experience as a call center agent preferably within the healthcare
  12. Knowledge of telemedicine is a plus.
