Job Position: Call Center Agent

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manages recovery of overdue loan.
  2. Contacting customers daily/weekly and informing them of their overdue loans.
  3. Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date
  4. Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
  5. Thoroughly understands assigned portfolio and product.
  6. Responding to customer queries and escalating accordingly.
  7. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
  8. Reporting accurate customers feedback daily/weekly.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.
  2. Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
  3. Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  4. Agile, Teachable and willing to learn.
  5. Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Attention to detail and strong Listening skills.
  7. Persuasive, sales / marketing and analytical skills will bean added advantage.
  8. Must have Android Phone.

Salary
NGN50,000 – NGN75,000 / Month.
