Job Position: Call Center Agent

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Making outbound calls.
  2. Respond to customers’ issues and concerns.
  3. Management and first-level resolution of customers’ complaints/inquiries.
  4. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  5. Research required information using available resources.
  6. Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
  7. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  8. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
  9. Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  10. Complete call logs and reports.
  11. Handle questions or complaints.
  12. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  13. Following call centre “scripts” when handling different topics.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND in any discipline.
  • 1 year of work experience.
  • Excellent spoken English with impressive interpersonal skills.
  • Multi lingua (Fluency in English, pidgin, and any of the approved native Nigerian languages).
  • The ability to speak multiple languages above is a great plus.
  • Must be resident in Lagos and live close to Yaba.


  1. Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
  2. Excellent communication and people skills.
  3. Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
  4. Excellent Typing skills.
  5. Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems.
