Job Description

  • Candidates conduct an initial training course followed by a test-drive day during which our supervisors listen and analyze the performance.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Making outbound calls, and establish rapport with clients by using effective communication skills.
  2. Active promotion, answering customers’ questions about the company and its products.
  3. Efficient use of the given scripts.
  4. Preserving the company’s reputation while handling customers’ insecurities and complaints with professional etiquette and patience.
  5. Meeting monthly sales targets, effectively close sales.

Job Requirements

  1. Stable internet connection -WIFI. In possession of a computer/laptop.
  2. Experience in telemarketing or successful sales expertise.
  3. Result-driven and goal-oriented.
  4. Communication skills, a positive approach to work, enthusiasm.
  5. High level of responsibility and ability to work under little supervision.
  6. Excellent knowledge of English – oral and written communication skills
  7. Solid customer service orientation.
