Job Position: Call Centre Representative (NYSC / AD-hoc) Staff

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
  2. Create spreadsheets to document information and feedback. Write monthly reports
  3. Have experience and knowledge in email marketing and social media management(Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
  4. Business research and insights to increase client base and service reach
  5. Be a contact face of the firm to new clients

Job Requirements

  1. This is majorly a remote position but might need your physical presence when the needs arise
  2. This position will require top-notch communication skills, Social Media management the ability to educate an convince clients about our products
  3. You must be available to attend a one-day physical training session
  4. You will be having another commission incentive apart from your basic salary
