Job Position: Call Centre Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

The Call Centre Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction to drive sales and Marketing team productivity.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  2. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or sales.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
  4. Record call details and maintain call logs or Customer Relationship Management)CRM entries.
  5. Meet personal/team targets for call handling and quality.
  6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments/officers.
  7. Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
  8. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  9. Adhere to shift schedules, break times, and daily workflows.
  10. Any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of SSCE / OND (HND or BSc is a plus)
  2. 4 – 6 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred
  3. Training in customer relations is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Excellent communication and listening skills.
  2. Good command of English (and local languages if required).
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  4. Patience and emotional intelligence.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Familiarity with CRM or call centre software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho).
  7. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing).

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 / Month.
