Job Position: Calling Officer (NYSC Corps Member)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Calling Officer, you stand as the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with the service rendered. Your responsibilities also include calling customers to inform them of the due dates of their loans.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  5. Contact customers and inform them of their overdue loans.
  6. Inform customers of overdue accounts and amount currently owed

Job Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Problem solving skills.
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  4. Presently serving as a Corp Member


  • N40,000 – N50,000 per month.
