Job Position: Canva Specialist (Project Manager)
Location: Lagos

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and highly organised Canva Specialist who can also function as a Project Manager—someone who can turn ideas into visually compelling content and manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of design, branding, communication, and execution.

You will be responsible not just for creating visuals, but for owning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities
Creative & Design:

  1. Design professional, on-brand materials using Canva:
    • Presentations, proposals, reports
    • Marketing and social media assets
    • Corporate documents and internal communications
  2. Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
  3. Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual stories

Project Management:

  1. Manage multiple design and communication projects simultaneously
  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  3. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, management)
  4. Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
  5. Manage revisions, approvals, and final sign-off.

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 5 years of work experience.

Must-Have:

  1. Strong mastery of Canva (advanced layouts, templates, brand kits)
  2. Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  4. Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Added Advantage:

  1. Experience working with corporate or professional services brands
  2. Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or business communications
  3. Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar
  4. Ability to think strategically, not just creatively.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
