Job Position: Cash Management Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure effective administration of the cash management and vault access control
  2. Regular review of reports and internal ledgers
  3. Create a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment for efficient internal customer service delivery.
  4. Ensure Prompt rendition of all required regulatory and internal reports.
  5. Availing Branch-wide Transaction Approval
  6. Customer Service Benchmarking Standards Maintenance
  7. Customer Complaints Management
  8. Coordination of Bank-wide Cash Management Unit
  9. Proofs Preparation and Transactions Reconciliation
  10. Regulatory compliance and monitoring
  11. Builds Customers’ Interest in the Bank’s Products and Services
  12. Drive digital adoption in line with the Bank’s strategy

Requirements
Education / Qualification:

  1. A Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 3 years’ banking experience in Cash Management, Customer Service and Branch Operations.
