Job Position: Cash Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  1. ATM cash loading / Reconciliation
  2. Optimising Cash in the vault
  3. Supervising/coordinating of Cash sorting-related activities
  4. Ensure proper maintenance of Various Records/Registers
  5. Supervising all tellering activities
  6. Ensure effective and timely service delivery to customers at all customer service units.
  7. Ensure efficient Turn Around Time (TAT)in line with service level agreements.
  8. Ensure timely and error-free processing of transactions.
  9. Ensure timely execution of end-of-day procedures, including reports.
  10. Ensure Zero Fraud Tolerance and Regulatory Infraction
  11. Serve as backup to the Head, Cash Management and Branch Operations

Requirements
Education / Qualification:

  1. A Bachelor’s of Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of banking experience in Cash Management.
