Location: Benin, Edo

Job Description 

  1. Answers customers’ questions as they arise
  2. Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts
  3. Facilitate return transactions
  4. Calculating and returning change for cash transactions
  5. Prepares a daily statement of cash
  6. Operate the cash register
  7. Handles merchandise returns and exchanges
  8. Issue receipts to customers
  9. Process sales transactions and take payments
  10. Calculating the cost of products or services
  11. Balancing cash
  12. Keeping checkout areas tidy and sanitised
  13. Cross-selling and upselling products
  14. Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns

Requirements

The candidates should possess an HND or OND qualification with 5 – 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
