Job Position: Cashier Supervisor
Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise cashiers to ensure they are following company procedures and providing excellent customer service
  2. Train and onboard new cashiers
  3. Monitor cashier performance and provide feedback
  4. Monitor cash drawer accuracy
  5. Assist with resolving customer complaints
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  7. Ensure cashier shifts are properly scheduled and staffed.

Requirements / Skills

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 1 – 2 years of work experience.
