Job Position: Catering Management Trainee

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Description

  1. Manage shift which includes; daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
  2. Manage the food production process and ensure quality of food products are according to company’s standard
  3. Monitor and manage the customer’s dining experience.
  4. Canteen crew management
  5. Product and recipe development
  6. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and lobby areas.
  7. Responsible for management of inventory at the restaurant to eliminate losses, waste and stock-outs.
  8. Manage relationship with Client representatives to foster a harmonious environment

Job Requirements
