Job Position: Chartered Accountant
Location: Ikoyi, Osborne Foreshore, Lagos

About the Role

We’re a growing real estate company in Lagos seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA) with 5–6 years’ experience to manage finance operations, statutory reporting and support commercial decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
  2. Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
  3. Ensure compliance with tax, statutory filings and audit requirements
  4. Reconcile accounts and manage payroll processes
  5. Support pricing, project accounting and cost control for developments
  6. Improve finance processes and ERP/accounting system use

Requirements

  1. Chartered qualification (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent)
  2. 5–6 years post-qualification experience (real estate or related preferred)
  3. Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software/ERPs
  4. Attention to detail, good communication and a strong commercial mindset.
