Job Description

  1. Will assist the Executive Chef in the day to run running of the kitchen.
  2. Responsible for quality control and portion control for all meals prepared and served
  3. Responsible for maintaining a high standard of health and safety in the kitchen
  4. Responsible for ordering, planning and creating menus
  5. Ensure food cost control
  6. Ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  7. Innovation and implementation of new menus
  8. Comply with the hotels policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
