Job Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Financial Strategy:

  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Provide financial insights to inform business decisions.

Financial Planning:

  1. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  2. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Risk Management:

  1. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies.

Financial Performance:

  1. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
  2. Provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, with at least 5 years as a General Manager in a commercial bank.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, banking laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Qualifications

  1. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA,ICAN).
  2. Experience with financial management systems and tools.
