Job Position: Chief Financial Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and drive sustainable financial growth.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing financial leadership, business insight, and operational excellence to support strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the company’s executive management team.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and profitability.
- Manage investor relations, external audits, and relationships with financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Analyse financial results and performance, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
- Oversee risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance processes.
- Lead financial due diligence for investments, mergers, or acquisitions.
- Mentor and manage the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification, such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA, is required.
- An MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
Salary
N1,000,000 / Month.
