Job Descriptions

  1. Support the plant management in the planning, coordination, and control of efficient operations and maintenance, execution of all plant equipment design, modification, erection, and commissioning activities. Management of all technical personnel and plant administration.

Job  Responsibilities

  1. Spares and Material Control for cost-effectiveness.
  2. Responsible for plant improvement activities.
  3. Outsourcing external professional services/support as approved by Management.
  4. Technical manpower planning and administration.
  5. Ensure compliance with ISO Standards and best practices.
  6. Support the Plant Directors in plant operations management.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc / B Eng. (Engineering)
  2. Minimum of 30 years of relevant experience.
  3. Plant operation/maintenance skills. (Preferably in a Cement Plant).
  4. Possess management and administration skills.
  5. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  6. Computer literate with proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  7. SAP literacy
