Job Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations, strengthen creative production workflows, drive marketing initiatives, and manage key partnerships.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery of high-quality content and operational excellence across all units.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations across productions, events, and media projects.
  2. Lead content development and ensure high-quality storytelling.
  3. Manage planning, budgeting, logistics, vendors, and talent.
  4. Supervise production teams and freelancers.
  5. Execute marketing, PR, and digital growth strategies.
  6. Build and maintain client, sponsor, and partner relationships.
  7. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields
  2. Proven media, content creation, or operations management experience.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage people and complex projects.
