Job Position: Chief Sales Officer

Job Location: Nigerian

Job Responsibilities

  1. Over-all Sales & Revenue growth of the Conglomerate
  2. Management of the entire Sales-force
  3. Supervision of the Sales HoDs
  4. Oversight of the articulation & execution of Sales strategies & projects
  5. Management of the Group’s Sales Mix strategies
  6. Identification of new markets & leadership of their entry strategies
  7. Oversight of Group’s Sales Planning & Budgeting
  8. Management of key Sales partners
  9. Driving of Sales-force empowerment, discipline & motivation
  10. Full & seamless cooperation with all support functions
  11. Attainment of Group’s Receivables goals/targets
  12. Management of overall cost of Sales operation

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, etc – possession of an MBA will be a very strong advantage
  2. Minimum of 15 years Sales Management experience
  3. Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in the electronics industry.
  4. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a GM role
  5. Not less than 45 years of age.
