Job Position: Chief Security Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic security program for our company, and managing the security of our physical and digital assets.

To foster a culture of physical and cyber security awareness that drives behavioural changes within the company, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to minimise risk to ensure the physical safety and integrity of personnel and company information.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and cybersecurity policies.
  2. Review existing security measures and update protocols as needed.
  3. Oversee the daily security operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvement.
  4. Foster a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.
  5. Manage, evaluate, and resolve any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
  6. Ensure that the company’s security policies comply with federal laws and legislation.
  7. Present risk assessments and improved security policies to the management team members.
  8. Work with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
  9. Assist in preparing documentation of design concepts for patent applications for independently developed components and products.
  10. Coordinate with the Outsourced security company on company decisions and security needs.
  11. Coordinate the activities of the internal security personnel and delegate daily assignments.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
  2. Applicants must reside within Abuja & its environs.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
