Job Position: Civil Engineer
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Job Overview

  1. The Civil Engineer will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, compliance with safety standards, and timely delivery.
  2. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team.
  3. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the real estate industry and be able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
  2. Prepare and review project designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
  3. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  5. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control.
  6. Provide technical guidance and solutions to project challenges.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. 3–6 years’ proven experience in civil engineering within the real estate industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  4. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural design software, and MS Office Suite.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly (based on experience).
