Job Position: Client Acquisition Intern

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  2. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  3. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  4. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  6. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives
  8. Clearly communicate the progress of periodical initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  9. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  10. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g sales results and annual forecasts)
  11. Prepare reports on account status
  12. Develop and collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  13. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  14. Participate in talent acquisition and engagement for our client

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc or Master’s Degree in English Language, History and Strategic Studies, Business Management, or related field.
  2. Target and goal driven.
  3. Cognitive skills
  4. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  5. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  6. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Should be able to resume immediately
  9. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  10. Content development and management for the business
  11. Relevant experience is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 monthly (Subject to increase to N150,000 after reviewed satisfactory performance during a 3-6 months probational period). Including commissions on meeting the KPIs.
