Job Position: Client Relation Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
2. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
3. Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
4. Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Department
5. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
6. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
7. Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
8. Updating the records and reconciling client accounts.
9. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
10. Any other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND
2. Must have 2 to 4 years job experience in Client Relationship management.
3. Recognized Degree and Certification.
4. Must have skills in problem solving
5. Must have fluency in English Language and any other local dialete.
6. Ability to Multi Task
7. Good proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
8. Strong Verbal and Communication skills
9. Ability to work on long hours due to the nature of the project

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
