Job Job Position: Client Relation Supervisor

Job Location: Ogun

Job Description

  1. Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments and messages.
  2. Address customer’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
  3. Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
  4. Promote and up-sell products, services and packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
  5. Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product and service launches as well as store activities and trends.
  6. Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales.
  7. Manage and maintain the salon’s tidiness and cleanliness.
  8. Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn.
  3. Previous customer care experience preferred.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability).
  6. Must live within Mowe axis and its environs
  7. Must be computer literate
  8. Must be detailed oriented

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / Month.
