IAL Nigeria Limited is an indigenous Multimodal International Logistics and Supply Chain Management Company with services covering International Freight Forwarding, International Removal & Relocation, Project Logistics in the Oil Industry, Power and Telecoms Sectors, Warehousing & Storage, Dangerous Goods Handling including Radioactive Sources & Explosives, Exhibition Logistics, and Road Haulage/Transportation with the Head Office located at 16,Burma Road, Apapa, Lagos and Branch Offices at Abuja, Ikeja, Port Harcourt, Bonny Island, Onne and Warri. The Company incorporated in July, 1978 and commenced operation in October of the same year.

Job Position: Client Relations Officer

Job Location: Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to enquiries about the company and its services
  2. Forward incoming administrative mails to respective staff or units.
  3. Respond to rate requests and liaise with Client Services Unit when necessary
  4. Manage the relationship between the organization and clients.
  5. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints as fast as possible
  6. Reference all quotations sent out to the clients as requested
  7. Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  8. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
  9. Handle all possible complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  10. Follow established communication or client service procedures, guidelines and policies.
  11. Perform other assigned functions.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND or B Sc. in relevant discipline
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  6. Attention to details
  7. Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  8. Skilled with the use of professional communications etiquette
  9. Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
