Job Position: Client Relations Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.
  2. Present the company to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.
  3. Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.
  4. Develop quotes, proposals, and arrange business meetings with clients, and close business deals.
  5. Interface with corporate organizations via correspondences, emails and physical negotiations.
  6. Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
  7. Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Identify and strategize on new business opportunities with clients.
  9. Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Provide support in new product development and enhancement activities.
  11. Provide assistance to less experienced staff when needed.
  12. Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion
  13. Attending to official mails promptly.
  14. Maintaining an up-to-date list of corporate organizations and monitoring their contracts.
  15. Receiving complaints from all clients of the organizations and ensuring they are resolved timeously.
  16. Keeping record of specific relationship pattern with our corporate clients.
  17. Handling other customer service related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relation or any other related field.
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics
  • 3+ years plus property sales experience (experience selling luxury and exquisite real estate properties will be an added advantage).
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Market research experience.
