Job Position: English Tutor / Client Relationship Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
Administrative / Client Service:

  1. Organize, and occasionally accompany, the reporting officer to meetings, take minutes and follow up actions as an administrative.
  2. To assist in the logistics of managing all existing clientele through regular communication with key contacts and helping to answer any queries via email and telephone.
  3. To assist in updating the company’s databases with new client information as well as helping to manage their account and records
  4. Assist with general administrative duties as assigned at the time.

Marketing:

  1. To collaborate and deliver creative marketing initiatives to include face-to-face interaction (out-of-office marketing) with potential clients in other to make them aware of services as well as developing marketing materials and uploading to social media.
  2. To ensure that website and other social media information is current and appealing to existing and potential clients, supporting the team to ensure we communicate well with differing audiences.
  3. To maintain our newsletter database and to work alongside other team members to ensure the regular sending of newsletters.
  4. To market the company’s services to increase clientele.

Tutor: English

  1. To tutor/prepare clients for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL and the English aspects of SAT, GRE, and GMAT and other international exams that are English related.
  2. To tutor /prepare clients on local exams or individual subjects that are mathematics related.
  3. Create lesson plans to effectively incorporate the allocated duration of each lesson
  4. Collaborate with other stakeholders to engender valuable student experience
  5. Write detailed progress and comprehensive reports of the task.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in English or related course.
  2. Applicant should have knowledge or experience in IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, and GMAT.
  3. Prior experience as an English teacher/ tutor
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, Internet etc.
  5. Proficient in Google Office Suite Drive – Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.

Required Competencies:

  1. Should have excellent written and speaking communication skills
  2. Should be patient enough to follow through with students who are slow in learning and lack great retention abilities
  3. Ability to work effectively and cordially within a team with other members
  4. Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
  5. Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
