Job Position: Client Relationship Manager

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
The candidate must be professionals in their field with the ability to:

  1. Serve as the main contact person between the organization and its clients
  2. Must be able to recruit new clients for the organization
  3. Address and resolve client concerns and issues that may arise during the clients contract period
  4. Should have good communication and presentation skills
  5. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to build strategies that ensure client satisfaction
  6. Have strong negotiation skills
  7. Generate monthly and periodic reports of each client being managed.

Job Requirements

  • A background in Science related degrees / courses and / customer service or sales will be a plus
  • 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Intuitive to LSL’s client needs
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have an understanding of Customer Relationship Management and project Management
  • Should be a strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Attentive to detail and organized
  • Must be self motivated, flexible and able to multi task.
