Job Position: Client Service Executive

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking to employ an experienced Client Service Executive in an Advertising Agency, to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  2. The Client Service Executive’s responsibilities include collaborating with the relevant departments to better address Client needs in a timely manner, ideate and proffer prompt solutions to Clients’ complaints, and providing regular updates to Management.
  3. He / She should also be able to identify new business opportunities through Client referrals.
  4. A Client Servicing Executive should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.
  5. He / She must be committed to helping Clients, as well as working under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Cultivating solid relationships with Clients through the provision of excellent service.
  2. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
  3. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
  4. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Conduct a market survey and generate a competitive analysis of current market trends of brands.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives
  7. Coordinate, Train, and deploy Brand Ambassadors to In-Stores, Activations, and other Projects.
  8. Ensuring that the correct terms of ale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
  9. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or an industry-related field.
  • 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience working as a Client Service Executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and relationship management.
